Blade with 3 stamps and back engraved "Manuf Rle du Klingenthal mars 1816".
New scabbard to use in re enactments.
Total length 73 cm, blade 59 cm.

This was kind of the "Swiss Army knife" of the Empire soldier. It was used to chop wood as well as to cut up food. Although they were absolutely useless when fighting against cavalry sabres, infantrymen would nevertheless hold on to it. Complies with contemporary rules.
