Diameter was wrong and some other things were not at the top.
We improved it, and now it is now an interesting issue.
32 eagles embroidered in gold thread on a dark blue velvet. Laurel crowns on extremities.
Metal pieces are goldplated.

Top extremity is engraved with the following motto: "TERROR BELLI DECUS PACIS"
"Terror during war, shield during peace"
Low extremity is engraved:
