The brigadier general's full dress sword belt is made of leather lined with blue morocco and covered with a braid of dark sky blue wool mixed with four threads of gold thread. Stamped and gilded brass buckles, not exactly the model, representing 2 heads of Minerva linked together by an S-shaped ring ending in 2 snake heads.
Teared.
We enclose a navy belt with 2 bail rings, therefore used before 1882, normal wear.
The 3rd belt is in perfect condition and was used by military justice officers.
Note the little rooster surmounting the lictor's fasces.
