Second Empire firefighter's helmet.

A beautiful Second Empire helmet, particularly elegant, despite the few dents it received, which required a repair that would benefit from a more thorough restoration.
No interior, sold as is.
Would benefit from a thorough stripping to unify the color of the brass, which has changed depending on the parts, whether protected or not.
Once cleaned, repaired, and equipped with a plume, this type of helmet is particularly decorative...and significantly more expensive!
