Jacket of "grand uniform" of polytechnique school...with trousers of Saint Cyr school - copie

Beautiful old-fashioned polytechnician jacket, with roxydized collar embroidery, otherwise good.
With its trousers, a waistcoat, and its cocked hat, preserved in its original box (cockade faded).
Very good for the collection...but also for the stage, as this uniform has retained the cut of the Belle Époque.
For a piece featuring a "handsome soldier," very, very slim by today's standards, this outfit would be perfect.
The grenade on the collar replaced the crowns from 1903 onward, so this outfit is later than that, possibly contemporary with the First World War.
All of this is wool and of a quality difficult to find these days.
Jacket for a chest measurement of 84 cm. Breeches for a waist measurement of 72 cm. Matching waistcoat.
